Exhibitor questions

How to become an exhibitor at electronica China?

To participate in electronica China, you must complete and sign the application form . Based on the information provided on the form, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. If so, we will send you a stand proposal in the respective product segment.

When is the registration deadline?

March 31, 2022

What is the minimum stand size?

The minimum size is 9 m².

How much does it cost to exhibit at electronica China?

When we register for the fair, what does that include?

When you submit your application, it only concerns stand space at electronica China. It automatically includes the mandatory entry in the exhibitor directory (online and event directory), one basic entry in the show catalog as well as worker and exhibitor passes. You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services, advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.

When and how will I be invoiced?

Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application together with a down payment invoice by mail. The down payment invoice amounts to 35% of the participation fee and is to be paid upon receipt. You will receive a separate admission invoice for the balance by mail, which must be paid 45 days before the show. All invoiced amounts on all MMI-SH invoices that are related to the event are to be paid without deductions and free of all charges by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor's company name and invoice number.

Can co-exhibitors exhibit at my stand? If so, how can I register them?

Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors at their stands. The main exhibiting company (which leases space from the organizer) must fill out and sign the co-exhibitor application form. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibit. The application fee is 160 euros for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company admitted. The main exhibitor will be charged this fee.

Can electronica China help me to obtain a visa to enter China for the event?

We can help you with an invitation letter to explain the reason for your visit. You can register yourself and your employees for an invitation letter, which will then be sent to you as a PDF file. The form that you must use to apply for an invitation letter and contact information for visa inquiries can be found in the exhibitor manual, which will be sent to you 3 months before the exhibition.

Where and when do electronica events take place?

electronica trade fairs are the most important marketplaces for the electronics industry. electronica China has been held in Shanghai, China, every year since 2002.

What is the price of admission?

Admission is free upon registration—trade visitors only!

Who can attend electronica China?

The exhibition is open to trade professionals by registration only. Admission is free. Visitors must register online or at the exhibition and wear their visitor badge during the exhibition. No visitors under the age of 16 years will be admitted.

How can I get a visitor badge?

Closer to the show, you can go online and register in advance. You can also register upon arrival at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

What are the opening hours of electronica China?

1st and 2nd day: 09:00–17:00
3rd day: 09:00–16:00
